→ Following our discussion, I will send you an email summarizing your travel wishes, a quote which will include the chosen package price and the Explore & Adore general terms and conditions.
→ The validation of this project is based on receipt of the signed documents and the paid service.
→ An invoice will be sent to you afterwards.
→ As soon as payment is received, I take care of the research.
→ I will send you several proposals on a day-by-day itinerary, accommodation, visits, good addresses... according to your wishes. We can make changes and modifications until this project gives you butterflies in your stomach.
→ Once we have found our gems, I will send you the reservation links. Not being a travel agency, it is solely up to you to validate reservations and payments with service providers. To meet the budget estimate, it is important that you do this as quickly as possible. You should know that the prices charged by service providers generally change very often from one week to the next. Whatever happens, you remain in control of your project.
→ Once your reservations have been made, you will send me a confirmation of them, in order to detail the final itinerary and include them in your road book.
I will send you your personalized road book in pdf version or in paper version if this option is offered.
It will include:
→ Practical information about your destination, including climate, entry formalities, time zone, important telephone numbers, a basic lexicon in the language concerned, etc.
→ Your links and booking confirmations.
→ A checklist so you don’t forget anything.
→ Details about your transport. The one to reach your destination, your car rental, your transfers, public transport, schedules…
→ A description of your accommodation.
→ Your detailed itinerary or suggestion, day by day.
→ Information about the activities and visits you want or could do (schedules, rates, etc.).
→ Some good addresses.
→ An interactive map that will help you find your way quickly.
→ Blank pages for your own notes, drawings, photos…
You have now a tailor-made trip. So you just have to pack your bags and leave with peace of mind.
